Empowering Highly Sensitive Women by Challenging Limitations

Your Guide

Written By: Cathy Jantzen, LISW

Hi, I’m Cathy Jantzen. I began studying ADHD the brain and behavior 15 years ago when I was diagnosed with ADHD myself. I was a Clinical Social Worker in private practice at the time. And, it was natural that ADHD become my speciality. Clients included adults, juveniles, children and others affected by ADHD. The later included parents, partners, teachers, administrators, managers, and business owners.

I had the good fortune of  growing up where ADHD was the rule not the exception. And, until I started grade school, I knew the way my family and I were and did things was normal. Like many of you, getting out in the world started a process of having to translate that way into more concrete linear thinking.

Recapturing the fantastic, magical way you think just might be the most liberating and empowering experience you’ll ever have.
